Article 1. Applicability

1.1. At the time of making a booking, the Client is deemed to agree to Diamond Sapphire Escort’s General Terms and Conditions. Otherwise agreed arrangements that deviate from these General Terms and Conditions may only be indicated in writing to Diamond Sapphire Escort’s.
1.2 The Client who places a booking and/or service with Diamond Sapphire Escort’s is deemed to tacitly agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s shall always be entitled to amend the text of these General Terms and Conditions unilaterally. In such case, the latest text of these General Terms and Conditions shall always apply.

Article 2. General

2.1. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s is a legal, licensed and registered Escort Service that carries out its activities under the license. The Escorts carry out their work by virtue of a Booking of their own free will.

2.3. Website: the website of Diamond Sapphire Escort’s, known as: www.diamondsapphireescorts.com.

Article 3. Realization of Booking

3.1. A Booking only comes into effect when Diamond Sapphire Escort’s has expressly accepted the Order.
3.2. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s shall be entitled to refuse the Assignment at any time, without having to give a reason.
3.3. If the Booking is made for several Escorts, each Escort is considered a separate Booking.
3.4. The Client is not permitted to contact the Escort directly, exchange contact details or disclose them to the Escort, unless Diamond Sapphire Escort’s has given its express prior written consent.
3.5 The Escort is: persons engaged by Diamond Sapphire Escorts have a minimum age of 18 years.
3.6. The Client is: legal persons as well as natural persons with a minimum age of 18 years who wish to conclude or have concluded a booking agreement with Diamond Sapphire Escort’s.

Article 4. Booking

4.1. On receipt of an Assignment, Diamond Sapphire Escort’s shall make every effort to match the Client and the Escort as far as possible, to provide the Client with the best possible experience in carrying out the Booking.
4.2. Bookings are subject to a minimum duration of 1 hour.
4.3. Client must be at least 18 years of age.
4.4. The Client shall not be in possession of and/or under the influence of large amounts of alcohol and/or drugs and shall not require or encourage Escort to consume alcoholic beverages and/or drugs.
4.5. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s and its Escort’s do not discriminate on nationality, race or religion.
4.6. Client ensures a high level of (personal) care and hygiene.
4.7. Client shall not solicit Escort.
4.8. The Client shall respect the privacy of Escort and act accordingly in the widest sense.
4.9. The Client shall always refrain from (any attempt at) deception, intimidation and/or any other act or omission that endangers the safety of Diamond Sapphire Escort’s and/or the Escort.
4.10. The Client is not permitted to contact an Escort directly or exchange contact details and/or disclose them to the Escort, unless The Agency has given prior written consent.

Article 6. Payments

6.1. All payments must be made upon commencement of the Booking.
6.2. Our rates are non-negotiable
6.3. If the Client has Additional Services which result in more work or costs for the Escort than can reasonably be expected, an increase in the applicable rates may be in force.
6.4. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s accepts cash & electronic payments in US Dollars; the Escort does not carry change. Other currencies are not accepted.
6.5. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s is not entitled to refund any amount if in the execution of the Booking, all services as agreed in the Booking Confirmation are not used.
Article 7. Confidentiality
7.1. All Client information which Diamond Sapphire Escort’s holds because of its provision of services shall be treated as confidential and shall only be used during the performance of its services.
Article 8. Liability
8.1. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s shall not be liable for damages.
8.2. Defects of any kind, disappointed expectations of the Client, or deviations from the information provided on the Website, do not entitle the Client to any right to compensation.
Article 10. Applicable law
10.1. All Assignments, Bookings, including these General Conditions are governed by the State of Utah.
