\n3.6. The Client is: legal persons as well as natural persons with a minimum age of 18 years who wish to conclude or have concluded a booking agreement with Diamond Sapphire Escort’s.<\/p>\nArticle 4. Booking<\/h3>\n
\n4.2. Bookings are subject to a minimum duration of 1 hour.
\n4.3. Client must be at least 18 years of age.
\n4.4. The Client shall not be in possession of and\/or under the influence of large amounts of alcohol and\/or drugs and shall not require or encourage Escort to consume alcoholic beverages and\/or drugs.
\n4.5. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s and its Escort\u2019s do not discriminate on nationality, race or religion.
\n4.6. Client ensures a high level of (personal) care and hygiene.
\n4.7. Client shall not solicit Escort.
\n4.8. The Client shall respect the privacy of Escort and act accordingly in the widest sense.
\n4.9. The Client shall always refrain from (any attempt at) deception, intimidation and\/or any other act or omission that endangers the safety of Diamond Sapphire Escort’s and\/or the Escort.
\n4.10. The Client is not permitted to contact an Escort directly or exchange contact details and\/or disclose them to the Escort, unless The Agency has given prior written consent.<\/p>\nArticle 6. Payments<\/h3>\n
\n6.2. Our rates are non-negotiable
\n6.3. If the Client has Additional Services which result in more work or costs for the Escort than can reasonably be expected, an increase in the applicable rates may be in force.
\n6.4. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s accepts cash & electronic payments in US Dollars; the Escort does not carry change. Other currencies are not accepted.
\n6.5. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s is not entitled to refund any amount if in the execution of the Booking, all services as agreed in the Booking Confirmation are not used.
\nArticle 7. Confidentiality
\n7.1. All Client information which Diamond Sapphire Escort’s holds because of its provision of services shall be treated as confidential and shall only be used during the performance of its services.
\nArticle 8. Liability
\n8.1. Diamond Sapphire Escort’s shall not be liable for damages.
\n8.2. Defects of any kind, disappointed expectations of the Client, or deviations from the information provided on the Website, do not entitle the Client to any right to compensation.
